Webuycars Are Pathetic

I am absolutely disappointed that i had to come on here. I have recently purchased a vehicle from Webuycars Springfield, in less than 2 weeks, I have noticed my vehicle has been leaking oil. I immediately called my sales agent and he then instructed me what to do in terms of laying a report on the company's website. I had completed a report and was emailed stating i would be called in 24 hours. I have still not received any feedback neither any response from the 18th of Oct. To date . The customer service provided is absolutely **********. My main concern is that this vehicle was purchased for my parent, as she is elderly and does not know car mechanics. Im really disappointed with the disgusting services received dispute me clearly stating who this vehicle is for , etc. Would not recommend anyone to purchase from here. Webuycars buys cars throughout South Africa, dispite issue's, they thereafter mark it on their website providing a Dekra report, they thereafter fix or repair anything wrong with the vehicle and add that billed amount to either finance nor cash deal. Basically they buy others ****, market it, and sell it.
