WeBuyCars are only after your money!

I have sent countless emails to Monique and no response. I have even Called the callcentre and I will hold and hold with no response and even went to Silverlakes branch and no one assisted. .

The only time We Buy Cars stated calling me is after I complained on Hellopeter and I took the car for inspection within 24Hours. The people they recommended I take the car to have sent and email to them informing them of major issues with the car that needs to be looked at and since then they are not responding to them.

This matter has been dragging since 22 December 2022 - I must say I am really dissatisfied with your customer service. All you guys care about is getting people’s money then ignore our concerns when we bring them up and play delay tactics.

Can you guys just return our money and take the car back or exchange it with a car that doesn’t have issues .

We have literally been more than patient since buying the car cash in December, we reported issues with the car within 48 hours as per your T&C - now behaving like ********.
