WeBuyCars are not only USELESS, but ********ly Liable too!!

IT SHOULD BE CLEAR FROM THE START THAT THE PERSON I'M TALKING ABOUT IS A MAN BY THE NAME OF ENRICO M (***) FROM THE MIDSTREAM (CENTURION) BRANCH OF WEBUYCARS.CO.ZA.

I offered these ouks 25% of the purchase price of a vehicle as a holding deposit in the hope that they would be able to hold the vehicle for me for less than 30 days... I even offered to up this to a full 50% of the TOTAL purchase price of the vehicle.

Yes, less than 1 month.

I further offered to increase the "holding deposit" to 50% of the TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE VEHICLE... This too was insufficient to motivate a USED CAR DEALER to hold a vehicle.

I went further still and assured the sales associate that I would be happy and willing to offer the 50% holding deposit on the vehicle, entirely NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS, WHATSOEVER... In other words I offered these people 50% of the price of a vehicle that they were selling and I wanted to buy.. TOTALLY NON-REFUNDABLE.. Meaning if I did not finalise the sale within 30 days they would be right to keep the deposit and offer the vehicle for sale to anyone else ready, willing and able to pay for it.

All of these offers were 100% rejected wholely and competely. No discussion, no negotiation, nothing... The only option offered by this genius sales associate was to get a Capitec Vehicle Finance loan.

Begging the question: Is it WeBuyCars...? or We'reBoughtbyCapitec... or... We're*****esofCapitec...???

And so on...

In spite of the disinterested attitude of their useless sales personnel, I still tried to have the sales person relay these very same considerations to his manager and any other higher ups that migt be interested in selling a verhicle, alas to no avail again.

All of these delightful occurences happened throughout the week until such time that I fully and completely lost my **** with this ***** sales associate. This genius did nothing for 7 days while his company was trying to sell vehicles and he was in contact, personally, with clients trying to purchase vehicles...

I eventually did get my refund processed... Only after having to shout and swear at this useless sales associate and his colleagues.

I will NEVER deal with We'vebeenBougthbyCapitec ever again and will actively go out of my way to inform the buying public of these charletains!

I had to fight for a full week with these people, simply to get back the money I had paid them to hold a vehicle that they're unlikely to sell within the month anyway.
