WeBuyCars are ****mers!
Absolute **** of a company, I brought a gold sticker car, found out it had a crack in the engine. They agreed to cancel the deal. Took 2/3 weeks to cancel the finance portion. Took them 4/5 weeks to refund me my 150k deposit, they kept lying about making the payment. When I threatened to go to ombudsman or get lawyers involved, I recieved a POP 15 minutes later and the money was in my account that afternoon. 2 weeks later now I see the same car is listed again still with a gold sticker... they are going to sell this problem to someone else now who wont know any better.

12 Dec 2024, 14:04Ofco**** you guys regard it as closed, you werent the ones that had to suffer without transport for over a month and use up all my airtime trying to phone and get my deposit back.
Regardless, that's not even the worst of it, the worst part is you guys have now put the vehicle back on your site for some other poor chap to come around and buy it not knowing anything about cars and he's going to be stuck with a broken engine.
Shameful business practice in general, I for one will never support you guys and I will advise anyone else to stay clear as well.
