WEBUYCARS AHUGE ****!!!

Webuycars in general are the most dishonest people. Do not trust them. They provide you with a dekra report which false. I bid for a mercedes benz and whilst testing the vehicle, I found it to have a miss. The salesperson said that it may be because the fuel is low. By the time We fuelled up, the bid was awarded to me but the miss got worse. The drivers door handle on the inside was broken but not listed on the dekra report.

The salesman assured me that they will have the coil packs replaced, instead they just cleaned it up but the repair place is just outside of webuycars, springfield. I wrote to we buy cars several times but got no joy...just that they are referring it to the branch. A few weeks later the car was being readvertised at a higher price. The branch never responded to me . I wrote to MIOSA, who seems to be in the pocket of webuycars. I even referred the matter to the National Credit Regulator, awaiting feedback.

Webuycars **** that they refunded my deposit, which they did not and I told the at the outset, replace the coil packs, repair the handle and give me a diagnostic report on the car and I will pay the balance.

Webuycars raised a complaint ticket and without even consulting me, closed the ticket. My deposit of R4000.00 still lies in the hand of webuyscars and who knows what has become of the vehicle. WEBUYCARS ARE THE BIGGEST ****MERS EVER!!!! IT IS A LOADING GROUND FOR PEOPLE'S DUNK!!!! BE VERY GUARDED IF EVER YOU GO THERE!!!
