Webuycars aftersales support poor

I bought a car cash from the Silverstone branch the process was pretty smooth until it came to getting my Natis document the document was delivered Thursday 23rd of Nov 2023 to Silverstone branch. And as per salesperson Jabulani he said he'll get it courier to the Germiston branch. I got to the Germiston branch on Friday and was advised that it will only be delivered Monday as per waybill and call made to the courier company. Monday 27th of Nov I've called webuycars 3 times now and they telling me they not sure if it's delivered to Germiston last agent I spoke to tells me there is no waybill to check on progress I asked if she can call the courier company or give me the details so I can get in touch with then she hangs up on me. This is not acceptable really, I need this resolved urgently and to know when I' can collect my car registration documents.
