WeBuyCars after sale service is BEYOND pathetic.

WeBuyCars is probably the worst business in South Africa to receive after sales service from. I can not even begin to describe on this platform how pathetic the Dome's service is, and then on top of that the ENTIRE complaints department is utterly uselss. I have been in contact with 4 complaints agents, and 2 complaints agent supervisors, and after 3 months, STIL NO JOY. Donovan at the Dome, pathetic, Craig in Finance also no use, numerous complaints agents, and NO WHERE is a manager involved? Trying to get hold of a branch manager is also impossible. This goes to show that the protection of each other is more important than client service.

It is easy to see how you can churn out 1000's of sales a month because no one cares about anything after the sale.
