Webuycars

Hi my name is Jared kisten. I recently purchased a 2013 vw scirocco R from webuycars the dome 18/1/2025. When test driving the car , everything was fine because I was asked to drive the car slowly. Upon inspecting all the reports including dekra, there was no faults to be found on the the car mechanically besides the aircon which I've paid for with no complaints the same day I picked it up. On the 20/1/2025 I reported to my sales lady that the car gearbox was faulty and she pleasantly reported the issue for me and I was then referred to via email to *** (John wilkinson) i was then emailed and asked to proceed to get a quote from a rmi accredited dealer and I was asked to send a picture of my mileage which I did , to date I have not received any feed back From John, I have now given the car in for repairs as of today 18/2/2025. I cannot be sitting with a vehicle which I payed R170 500 which cannot be driven. I am totally disgusted with the service from webuycars as I have been sending emails with no response.
