Webuycars a ***** and deceiving its customers, be careful and be warned!

Webuycars is involved in *****ulent activities, which is something that people should be cautious about. I recently purchased a Kia Soul from their Richmond Park branch and unfortunately, I was deceived as the car turned out to be faulty despite being sold to me with the assurance that it was in proper working condition. When I brought this issue to the attention of the Manager, Jez, he displayed a complete lack of interest in addressing my concerns. It is extremely disheartening to witness a manager treating clients in such a dismissive manner, especially considering the fact that there seem to be no consequences for such behavior. This raises the question of whether privilege plays a role in how individuals are treated by the company. It is unfair that some people are able to shirk their responsibilities without facing any repercussions. I can't help but wonder if the outcome would have been different if my name was Jabu or Phindile. It is high time that companies like Webuycars transform their practices and treat all customers fairly, irrespective of their race or ethnicity. I have been persistently seeking a resolution to this matter but have yet to receive any satisfactory response.
