Webuycars

I bought a car from WeBuyCars Midstream A rated with a excellent inspectify report. Only to find out that it runs back on a heel or forward (it is a automatic car) should not be doing that. And found myself caught in rain when i got home and opened the boot it was wet inside the rain leaked into the boot. Everything in the boot wet anyways with help i then discovered the car has been in a major accident. I requested a cancellation where i have phoned the sales person and please keep in mind this is only 12days after i have bought the car i only received the cars natis on that day through courier from webuycars, the sales person then said no sorry that they can NOT cancel i need to sell the car back to them. I then went to a pod where the buyer helped me i told him what had happened he spoke to the sales guy at midstream and told him that he had called the branch manager at another branch and he said it can still be cancelled the sales person then changed the whole story and said ok then we need to log a complaint. We did that took the car to the closest branch to us and they were very nice did the inspection requested a cancellation and it was approved. Monday morning i had taken the car in where they have taken possession of the natis and the car processed the cancellation. And the manager said it should take 3 days for them to pay me it is longer then 3 days and still no payment. And no one seems to have answers for me the call center says its been cancelled the payment should have been processed. So if i could give anyone advise on webuycars midstream. I would rather avoid ever buying a car from midstream again. They are fast to take your money with fals advertising selling a car that is suppose to be in very good condition good inspectyfy reports but when it comes to helping you solve a problem it is none existent.
