Webuycars

Hi. I bought a car with webuycars, a ford figo 1.4 tdci on the 12th of June 2021 bought it cash. The car drove for 4days on the 15th of June it died while driving. I contacted webuycars complaint dept, they took time for response hence they say they respond within 24hours but never did.

I had to call them almost everyday for a follow up, some guy named piaan,that guy never does a proper follow up. Then later on I was told that they are not responsible for anything and not going to fix my problem. Even this day my car is still stuck.

Please guys be careful with webuycars they're bad news. Never buy a car with them, I promise you
