On the 31st of April, I bought a 2019 polo tsi from webuycars mpumalanga branch. I stay in Jhb south. Before delivery of the vehicle, the car needed to pass dekra tests, webuycars sent me a qoute of R6000. Which I accepted and was added to the finance deal. Upon collection of the vehicle, webuycars charged the battery so that I could not detect problems. I test drove the car and everything seemed fine, about 10kms outside mpumalanga, the car stuck and could not start. I was stucked on the highway throughout the night, mind you, Im with my pregnant wife. The car has a voltage problem, which resulted in the car switching off when the battery gets drained. I informed them about the problem the following day and they picked up the car from my house and fixed the issue 3 months later. I could now only drive the car for the first time, I picked up issues on the car which were cleared from dekra. Webuycars hasnt done anything I paid from the 6k qoute. The cars ball joints are broken, the handbrake, the clutch is slipping and the stop-start doesnt work. Upon informing webuycars about the issues, webuycars said I should've let them know earlier, but how could I do that if I didnt drive the car since I bought it, they plain down refused to help me because I do not have any warranties.

If anyone has information on how I could deal with this, please assist.
