We bought a car from this company so you think the dekra report is quite thorough its so not took the car in for a small repair that was on the report came back with a 150k quote tried making contact with the complaints department for weeks super unhelpful staff at the jhb south branch big long fights nothing happened called me and said they wil not be able to help us at all not a refund not a buy back nothing as i bought cash they said they will send a report as to why still nothing been asking for this report so i can take it up with the lawyers please people rather support someone els these guys are out to get you they sell onions and there not prepared to help in any way shape form or size the staff and complaints department does not call back you hang the line for ages and the line drops ever single time hope no one goes through what i had to go through. The staff members to look out for are Tumi the sales manager he literally laughed in my face Mohamed the sales guy he does not even responds to your calls or texts The snr complaints lady Lilian we you ask to speak to her she tell the staff shell call back never happens not once these cars are there for a reason its literally trash not sure how dekra gives a report
