Webuycar sales and lies

I bought a BMW 535i in October 2023 from Webuycars in Pietermaritzburg and while inspecting the car i noticed the air conditioner was working but wasn't cooling, the front hood was misaligned. The salesperson Felishia said the aircon was working and the car was in perfect condition.

I drove the car back to Johannesburg but on my way to Johannesburg, i noticed the hooter wasn't working. I took the car to a BMW technician and when he checked the car, he mentioned the service history had been reset to give a false view of good service history, and also the bumper of the car was changed hence it was misaligned. The salesperson said the car was never involved in an accident but yet the bumper was different. He did a complete and major servicing of the car.

We also had to fix the tracking issues which was draining the battery from the car. The past owners did not remove the trackers and that was a problem as well. I fixed that as well.

Two months later the engine light came on indicating something was wrong with the engine. I have since contacted Webuycars with a quotation to fix the problems with the car and also the aircon but they declined my request.

I just want the car properly fixed, i can't pay over R100k for a car that doesn't work properly. They can use their technicians to fix the problems.
