Webuycar **** on finance vehicle to bypass CPA law

Bought BMW 330i on finance, 3 months into driving, car started to act up and wanted to return the car, contacted webuycars, and got an answer that the salesperson is no longer with webuycars and won't be able to assist untill new sales person will be appointed. Few weeks passed, I contact them again and met with same reply that a new sales person will be appointed. Thereafter every time I phoned they either reply with they "will get back to me" or "they will look into this". Eventually I had to go into the branch in brackenfell CPT to confront them, they now then says log the problem online to their customer care centre, which could have been told 3 months ago. Which then the customer care said they won't assist as the car was purchased more than 6 months ago. They will sell you a car, phone me every single hour to get the car sold, once sold, they put 0 effort to attend to problems. Do not purchase from this company even with finance.
