Webuy poor sale agents

Recently bought an 2015 Opel corsa ecoflex at brackenfell branch.haooy with the car on my way home too pe from cape I noticed the radio touch screen is not working.i message my sales agent and he agreed he never check if the screen is working and I must get an quote.i gave him the quote and he said he will get back too me which he never did every day I must message him too hear an new excuse like the boss is not there then the next day the big boss is not there and the next they he said he completely forgot.message an few times again an he just left me on blue tick.i called webuy cars too talk too the manager and they said I can't I have too write that am unhappy on there website and they will get back too me.its been 2 almost 3weeks since then and stil no response.Also when came in capetown he told me the car is not ready after he told me it was ready for collection I ended up driving very late back to pe because he said the car was ready for collection.i had too book out of the guesthouse 10am and I had no where too go will I had too wait for him too finish his stuff
