Webuy cars sales complaint

After many mails submitted documents to webuycar...it's the worse service ever and I just can't believe you treat clients like this no one talk and you can't discuss anything with them it's silent.

I have send the full documents regarding the vechile quotations and repairs this car was bought and on 55 000 km the automatic gearbox gave in ...they refuse to help repair on this is car it was bought in good faith this will be my last vechile at my age I can race around...I am a lady and for webuycar to take advantage of me to sell me vechile like this is very bad I gave them 40 000 rand cash and I have use my last savings to buy this car. I hope they can find it to in the heart support and help me with these repairs as the warranty already paid half of the costs. This warranty was never explained that they don't cover all that goes wrong ....how do they training sales and financial people my concerns...I wish ever customer to really reconsider before even purchasing a vechile from webuycars no after sales service rude and no interest my problem...I am going to take this matter to carte blance and Jacaranda radio I am sure we have other people that has the same experiences.
