WEBUY CARS REFUSING TO PROCESS MY REFUND

I paid my R4 000-00 deposit for the Auction which they state it's refundable if the Sale proceeds. I bid for a car which on the picture it was white in colour, but when I went to see the car physically, I discovered that it didn't have the exact colour on the bonnet and fender proving it may have been front fixed, possibly from a front smash. I withdrew the purchasing of the car and notified webuycars within 48hours. I have asked for my refund but webuycars is refusing to process a refund for me. Anyone out there who knows how I can go about to get my refund.

I am following up on your investigations. I haven't yet got feedback from you pertaining my R4 000 refund from you which is still outstanding. I need to use that money to purchase a car which I use for my business, and your delay to attend to this issue is negatively affecting my business. May you please kindly update me when can I get my refund.
