Webuy Cars Epping Branch - Misrepresentations of vehicle and hiding defects

We recently bought an Amarox from the Webuy Cars Epping branch, the sales consultant wanted to deliver something that was different to what was advertised, the vehicle had the following errors: 1. The torneo cover was not on the vehicle as advertised on the internet. 2. The radio touch screen was not working, nowhere in the Dekra report or anywhere was that noted down, it had a golden sticker. 3. The vehicle was apparently serviced, the service book had no signature or stamps on it.

Throughout this entire experience, the service consultant portrayed a lot of incompetence and what was unfortunate was that he had the support of his manager. The manager is now ignoring emails, he committed to rectifying but it what all very short of more lies that they kept on saying.

I wouldn’t recommend any WebuyCars, this is the second experience we have with WebuyCars.
