Webuy cars Customer care stinks

I bought a car with cash from WBC Brackenfell, WBC agreed to cancel the deal and refund my money. The car was collected on Monday, 16 October 2023 from Gearbox Centre Worcester. Since then I am still waiting for my refund, I do understand there is paperwork involved. But I can not get hold of anybody who can tell me when the refund will be made
