Webuy Cars after sales assistants

Hi there I bought a daihatsu sirion 2009 1.5 from Webuy cars Silverlakes on 7Nov 2023 my salesman was Tshepo, Letageng with him no problem he did his job very well we check the vehicle there was issues with the vibration on wheels and clutch three things where mentioned tyres light that's broken and bumper grill nothing else , on 13Nov 2023 not a week the morning my wife drove the car with kids it stopped she could not get any gears no compression the vehicle dies when she want to accelerate and engin vibrate , I contact Webuy cars they said launch a complaint I did that , they acknowledge with a email and gave me a case agent first it was Angelina masangu then she referred it to Kimberly Mngomezulu Now there is no more communication I have asked them emailed called them nothing ,this is after sales of webuy cars
