We would like feedback please

My husband bought a Renault kwid cash at the webuycars dome dealership. The car looked like it was in good condition until we gave the car a wash. The car has rust marks all over the body, and on the roof, you can see someone app**** body patty to cover a big spot. The body patty was not even app**** correctly. They covered the rust spots just to hide it from the buyer. With the first wash, it all came off. When we call, they don't answer and say the manager is busy. It has been a month now, and there is no feedback or any help. This is the 3rd car we bought from you and we are very disappointed in you webuycars.
