We were saved by Xhanti at Richmond branch
We were saved by Xhanti at Richmond branch. Apparently he's new and still learning however I feel he lacks good communication skills on customer service......... The test drive we were rushed and we had a little set back with our funds it was hold by fnb due to security reasons and the guy lacked patience entirely. I hope he learns and understand his job
