We were assisted by Thulani Tsela who was very friendly and willing to assist. However the struggle was with the slow system on a Sunday. And we found the paperwork over the top for our cash sale. I can understand if you taking out finance but we bought cash and it took forever with so many complications. Like the system didn't think our money was good enough🙈🙈 Thulani was very patient with us during our frustration. He gets 5 stars. But not the system unfortunately
