WE SELL JUNK
Abysmal after-sales service.
Although we had heard the warnings and read the complaints, we thought this wouldn't happen to my son.
How wrong were we? They sold him a lemon; it broke down within two weeks, and getting them to fix this mess seems impossible.
To date, he remains without a car, pays all his dues, and WBC appears to be uninvolved in resolving this issue.
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone! Once you buy the car, they become a faceless organization, and believe me, NO ONE is willing or able to help except telling you to contact a call center, which never gets back to you.
