We sell cars.... waste of time
I have been trying to buy a car from we sell cars Cape Town. 1. Call center contact details is terrible as they have no idea what's going on. 2.no direct line to the branch to speak to the salesperson. 3.when you speak to a salesman they don't come back to you. 4. They advertised a car for one day and the next day put the vehicle on a truck to another province because of parking reasons. The most frustrating website to purchase a vehicle online.

I apologize for the frustration and lack of customer service. Our contact center is very busy with calls coming in every minute of the day. We advice our clients to search for a vehicle online and then visit the branch to inspect and test drive the vehicle.
It is true that we at times transfer vehicles to other branches, we then stipulate this on the website by informing the public what vehicles are available at what branch.
