We purchased a vehicle in March 2025

We purchased a vehicle in March 2025. Since then there has been endless problems with the vehicle. The sales person was not taking our calls. We went in to the Germiston branch and saw Isaac who was the sales person. He promised to get us assistance. For two weeks thereafter he was in contact and then stopped taking calls or responding to texts. The car had to be booked in for repairs via Innovation and they have given us pathetic service. We have since not gotten the vehicle sorted and it is still with the repairer. This has caused an inconvenience due to transport issues. Furthermore are paying bank installments and insurance for a vehicle that is not in our possession
