"WE DO BOGGEROL"

If I could rate this review the way it should be rated their would definitely not even be 1 star.. I have never ever struggled so much for a dealership to actually get back to me or help me.

We Buy Cars is supposedly a "big" dealership that does so well, how can they be doing "so well" if they cannot even get back to their clients?

I received a call from Denzyl Pratt and he told me that his Boss told him to assist me as apparently I was going to be a difficult client? Really? Wow thank you great assistance and what a compliment I did an app on a Tata Xenon and Denzyl let me know that his Boss decided to make the deal a cash deal and it is no longer availalble for Finance... okay that is fine no problem can I do an app on another car, yes okay Denzyl sent me a catalogue and I decided in a Fiat Panda Pop 1.2 I queried the progress of the app with Denzyl where he only came back to me 5 days later and told me that we need to actually have a car to do the application on in order to get Finance... but he sent me a voicenote last week telling me that he will get someone from Midstream branch (as the car was based there) to send him all the information and then do the app on the Fiat.

I then told him that he told me the above and I forwarded his voicenote to him that he sent me and he read the messages and did not reply me...

1st of all... get back to your clients... do not wastw their time.

2nd of all... go through the cars that you have before stating on your ads that "finance is available" when it is not going to be

3rd of all... do not make assumptions that clients are going to be difficult...

4th... do your damn job!

Luckily this happened to me before my company and brothers company decided to buy cars from "We Buy Cars"... more like "We Do Boggerol"!!!
