We DAMAGE Cars

After having to deal with the useless CRM team for a month regarding damage caused during transport of my vehicle, I was told that the damage was existing and was mentioned in the Dekra report.

Beware, if there are any imperfections mentioned in the Dekra report we buy cars will use these against you should they cause damage to your vehicle after you view it.

Shocking and terrible that a company can operate like this and not assist a customer.
