I bought a car, on Sunday. I drove it only 90klm, and car stopped, I advised the sales person, and He was not in a position to assist. I call BMW on call, they came and see the car, after checking the car they told me the engine is dead. Because it was late, I called the breakdown, to take the car to the safe place. On Monday the 16/03/21, called the garage where i bought the car, they told me they will call me back. Nobody called me. I spoke to a lady by Shain. She promised to call me, and give me reference, unfortunately they did not call neither to give a reference no, My concern is More 24 Hours, I have no clue what to do, the car is in the petrol station, and it’s not safe there. I need a solution, because I m in Mafikeng, and the car got stuck within 100 kilometer radious, this is the serous because the car is not safe where it’s is. Atleast they must tell me what to do
