As per our telephonic discussions regarding the above request of Cancellation of deal. I have asked you the following and we have both agreed we will respond in writing on those specific questions and concerns I received from the Quotation outcomes.

"If you have any questions or feel that we missed important facts in our investigation, please feel free to respond directly to this email. Alternatively, you can contact the Motor Industry Ombudsman at www.miosa.co.za"

The above is on your feedback letter to me, if I have further questions you can attend them.

1. Return Policy - please advise and give provision in writing that I cannot return the vehicle. 2. Test Drive the vehicle- according to your feedback, I test drove vehicle, which is incorrect, please provide with such evidence. 3. Reporting timelines- 4. Mahindra Diagnostic Report - This is the first time I see this report, kindly give more clarity on it. 5. Escalation request - I have asked you telephonically to grant me opportunity to escalate my concern further within the management at We Buy Cars, your response was " this matter is closed and we will not entertain it further, we will only respond to Ombudsman", meanwhile as per your feedback you said i can feel free to ask further questions.

As we agreed telephonically, you will then respond accordingly to the email in writing.
