We buycars "Dome" is useless.
I tried to go and sell a car today at the Dome, I registered the car on their system, and I waited for 25 minutes before I got a call from a buyer. They were hanging around on their phones. The sales managers ignored me when I went to their desk to ask to speak to the branch manager. What a **** show. I called their head office and the call was terminated by the agent, I was driving and could not immediately give her the reference number. The Branch manager is protected like a demi god.

26 Mar 2025, 08:41I did receive a call from your HO, I asked the gent to NOT call me today but tomorrow; he confirmed that, and we also agreed that the person W will come to me. I received it from W now, and he asked me if I want to come in or must he come to me? That is NOT what we agreed upon. We buy cars is plain useless.
