We buy problems

I bought a car at We Buy Cars in Germiston and the same day the car had engine problems which they did not mention in their diagnosis report. My husband and I took it back but now they not paying our money back, they telling us about 72 hours. As if they were going to release a vehicle if it was a customer telling them to wait 72 hours, what's so surprising the money and vehicle is with them.

They treating this as if it's a loan but its not. We spoke to the manager and told her we do not have money to travel and even said to her that we'll sleep in the branch till the money reflects in the bank. She responded and said it is OK we can sleep here. The treatment is not good not at all. Does a person have to be rude or what? Because at the end of the day we work hard, we sweat for our money.
