We buy fails.

Dear we buy cars. I thought my first car experience would be much better hence I went with we buy cars. I am disappointed in the service you provide. As customer we get rushed, and buy that I mean collecting appointment was made for me last minute I was rushed to get there and then they could not locate the car. Secondly communication after a sale has been done - *sucks*. Thirdly communication from we buy cars relating documents from sales executives and so on is terrible they do not follow up or keep the customer updates. I expected more we buy cars, very disappointed.
