We buy cars....terrible after sales service!!!
Purchased a vehicle cash from We buy cars on 17 February 2024 from their Durban Springfield branch. It has been over 5 weeks since I purchased this vehicle. I paid extra for the licence and registration of this vehicle. To date I have not received the natis documents and number plates for my car. Trying to make contact with the dealership is pointless, they just don't care and do not seem to be interested in resolving the issue, all I hear is that they have escalated the issue, and they give me no turnaround time. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with them.

25 Mar 2024, 18:49Investigating the matter/please complete the online complaint form/hearing endlessly that the matter is being followed up are all things I have been hearing for weeks now. Truly pathetic service from We Buy Cars. 6 weeks now and 1 week since I publicly complained about this matter, and still no progress on the issue. Once the car is sold no one from We Buy Cars cares. There are so many complaints about We Buy Cars so complaints don't seem to matter. Akash who sold me the car from Durban Springfield branch tells me the same things everyday i.e. I will follow up and get back to you. Alexander the manager does not return my calls, whether the manager actually knows about the issue is doubtful at best. Anyone reading this....trust me, dont spoil the joy of buying a vehicle get spoilt by buying from We Buy Cars, pay more and use a dealership that takes the customers seriously and has after sales service.
