We Buy Cars(Richmond Park) bunch of ****s

Hi my name is Bulelani Fumba I wrote a review last week about the car that l bought from Webuycars.co.za that l drove less than an hour and it broke until now .

I don't know if l mentioned that l didn't even get the ownership documents for that car , the story is l bought the car I'm April of 2023, only now the 4th of January 2024 l received a WhatsApp message telling me the documents are ready for collection at their branch in Durban . The most interesting part is that , they said l have been blocking them all this time which is a lye . Even if that was true , these people got my email address which they should have used to notify me or else they could use the salesman to contact me if they were really serious about giving me my documents . They just cover their incompetency by saying l blocked them . I really disappointed on them , not the whole company but the team at Richmond Park Cape Town .
