I went to We buy cars Montana to trade my car for a smaller, more fuel efficient car. Upon arrival, no ons came to assist, the "valuation staff" were all busy on their cellphones, no one approached me. I went inside to look at the possible cars and a CLEANER came to me and asked if he can help me. After a while, I asked one of the sales people if he can help me, he said I must first go back to the valuation section. I approached them, one guy reluctantly stood up, gave me a price for my car without looking at it. I told him that I would like to trade the car in, but he wasn't interested in my Audi, 2012, Q5.
