We buy cars.....is slow,not refunding for selling stolllen vehicle

I bought car from we buy cars midstream which was reported ****** I refurbished the car provided all receipts and documents they tell me I agreed defects of the vehicle I agreed to what the law states ..... when buying second hand item ......the law permits no1 to sell and to buy ****** unless the legal proof can be provided by consumer he was unaware of this activities we send me an email say agreed..I agreed as far as the law covers me my what's app 06****3199 any info that can help we buy cars Is taking us for granted.....they stated the car is petrol when I search for parts using vin it says diesel some part can't fits I have to search as petrol......am so hurt at silverlakes they are refusing to send me my dekra report
