We Buy Cars Worst Service ever. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BUYING A CAR

Good Day All,

Really dissappointed customer.

Bought a vehicle from them Dekra report was clean as i leave the showroom floor problem with vehicle. Took more than a month to finally get it to a mechanic who confirmed gearbox problem and will take them over a month to sort out. So they decided to change the vehicle for me which i appreciated but then exact same story as i left the show room floor problem. This time abother 3 weeks to finally get it in to a workshoo now vehicle sitting there for more than 2 weeks. Plus whats worse is they did the cancellation for me and did the new deal but reality is they never cancelled the first vehicle and they double debited me. Now to pay me back for the first one the takin more than half a month findin every excuse under the sun to pay me what the stole. Only one manager has been trying to assist but being a manager he has no pukk or weight to do nuch the head office is finding all excuses to keep my money but they say they have to follow procedures yet when the took my money no procedures that time. If anyone knows or could help would really appreciate it if not next step is legal route.
