We buy cars WORST SERVICE EVER

Two vehicles bought in 6 months from my family including myself. They selling junk where vehicle's head gasket has been siliconed, valves not existent and so the list continues. Got issued a complaint no and requested a telephone call from them with no avail. Salesperson ignores messages and really has a bad attitude towards customers. Left me no other option to take this the legal way as nothing you do to do this in a civil matter bothers them.
