WE BUY CARS _ WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I will never recommend We buy cars to anyone

They lie to their customers, they have no customer skills or feedback abilities at all Before purchasing the vehicle I specifically asked how long will it take to get the RWC and License papers done as I am in the process of moving to Namibia and need to still have Police & SARPOL clearance done before I can leave

Was told by the salesman Juan Strydom I would have the documentation by Wednesday 14th Sept So I paid for the car in CASH on the 10th of September and paid a documentation fee of R2100 was told this is for the RWC & License Registration 14th September came and went in to find out if the documents had arrived

Only to find out that I have to wait 21 days for the Registration document and I will need to do the RWC and License myself that's a rip-off. Friday 16th September spent 5 hours waiting for answers then the Salesman Juan Strydom got cheeky with me when I said I think it's best to cancel the deal. Then spoke to the Branch Manager Rudi Bezuidenhout to be told by said Branch Manager that they had escalated with their head office and that I would have the documents by Wednesday 21st Sept well today is the 21st September and I still do not have my documents... Just lies upon lies with a straight face

The license disc on the vehicle expired on the 30th of August and according to the law you have 21 days thereafter, well today is day 21 so can't drive the car who will pay for the fine if the traffic department pulls me over???

Monday 19th September was told by Chanel to my face with my children as a witness that documents are on their way and she would phone me on Tuesday 20th September well I had to contact Saleman Juan myself only to hear I will get back to you ... No he did not contact me ... So now today I contacted the complaints department about my situation for the 2nd time was transferred to Zim in PE and was told the car is registered in my name today only and that documents will only be delivered tomorrow... SO ANOTHER DAY IS WASTED Zim would get Chanel to contact me Well Chanel now contacted me and said that registration was done and should have arrived via overnight yesterday but it didn't but will be here tomorrow 22nd September ... Well it seems they believe in magical fairies, cos they have proven time and time again that they can't keep to their word
