The PMB & Springfield Branches do not deserve even one star. The Staff are ***********, sales men don't the rules, or explain about the categories, they don't understand how vehicle finance works. You lodge a complaint, asking for the DP to call you, four days later, no phone call, no car and just frustration from all sides. One lady really tried to help, but truly by then it is too late. Good luck WBC as you are going to end up with no customers in KZN!
