We Buy Cars without proper documents

I purchased a vehicle from the Springfield Durban branch and whilst they took my cash have not provided me with the vehicle logbook from the 9th January 2023. Despite several call backs and appeals I still await the vehicle log book to have the vehicle registered on my name.
