We buy cars- we got the money, sort yourself out

I work for the one of the biggest brands in the motor industry and I know how the sales process work. In general the sales process is the same regardless of the industry, the customer shows interest then the salesman takes the customer through the entire journey.

That has never been the case for we buy cars George, I enquired about the vehicle. I got contacted after 2 weeks about the vehicle informed that I was pre-approved, when my excited kicked in it was short lived because no one was communicating with me from the time of enquiry until vehicle collection I was the one driving communication and doing follow ups which on multiple occasions were ignored.

I bought a Honda amaze on the 22 of June and today 18 July, no license and reg has been done and when I follow up, I get blue ticked on WhatsApp.

The paperwork and deal details were only done a day before I went to collect the vehicle which to me was ********* and unprofessional because I requested all this info 2 weeks prior to me collecting the vehicle in order to understand what will be included on the deal so that I could structure my finances accordingly.

Unfortunately this is the second time I buy a car at we buy cars, the first experience was horrible when it came to licensing at reg but that was nothing compared to this experience
