WE BUY CARS VERY ***** SERVICE

I am highly disgusted in the service of we buy cars. I bought my new car on the 28th of February 2019. On the 7th of March i took the car back as i could not clear my car as road worthy as the paper work, licence did not comply with what was in my car.

I have been here at this branch now for three days in a row. When I bought this car it had the incorrect paper work for the engine that is in the car. We buy cars tried to suggest that my mechanic could have put the other engine in the car. I was then asked to sit and wait for a manager and the sale man to sort things out. At 15:40 i was told that i need to bring the car back the next day so that it can be cleared by the SAPS.

I returned to We Buy Cars at 8:00 that morning. The sales man told me at least 4-5 hours wiating period before the process is done. I accepted this hoping the car will be resolved and I can return to work. At 15:15 i was told that half the process has been done, I need to return Monday morning AGAIN I I was told that the systems at the police station are down so i can only get a Micro-dot paper. I was assured it will not take that long to sort out.

Today 11/03/2019 i came here at 08:45 it 12:47 and i still have no news on my car!!!!

Enough is enough.
