We buy cars utterly bad after sale service .

After 2 months of consistently calling we buy cars we get a response that our complaint has been rejected. I only find that out because I called again and again, the mangers never call me back or email me. They claim they will get back to you in 5 minutes but it actually takes 2 months. It is the most pathetic service I have ever received. The sales agent spoke lies just to make the sale then when we went back to him he claims he can't remember! They claim to provide excellent service which is a joke, they claim for a quick and more efficient response to complaints we should log it on their website but that's also false. After 2 months still no one has contacted me. I only found out my complaint was rejected because I called consistently for 2 months. Then the manager claimed to have emailed me but never went through and while talking the mail pops up all of a sudden! Then after receiving this bull**** reply of his he never again answered the phone or returned my calls. Their customer service is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic. They could not careless about their customers. All the good service posters on their walls are about people selling vehicles not people who has bought from them. I will definitely never purchase another vehicle from them ever again and I will make sure no one I know does either .
