We Buy Cars Useless

I saw a bakkie for sale in PE, I am from Centurion. I Called the call centre, the person told me that I will have to pay a deposit and the transport fees for the bakkie for the bakkie to get to the Midstream branch.

The sales person at PE branch told me that I have pay the bakkie in FULL before he can load it a truck to be sent to the Midstream branch. I specifically asked him if I pay the bakkie in full when will I receive it. He told me as soon as the money cleared the bakkie will be on a truck to me.

After the money was paid their story changed, I have to wait for the bakkie to be loaded and then it wil still take 10 to 15 business days for the bakkie to get to the Midstream branch. I paid the bakkie a week ago and it still has not been loaded to be sent to me.

Now they just ignore me or spin me stories about how long it will take.

According to the registration forms that I had to sign before buying the bakkie ot states in point 3 "If WeBuyCars, for any reason cannot conclude the purchase, your full deposit will repaid within 72 hours". The sale has been concluded as I have not yet received the bakkie.
