We buy cars - Up to **** service

I sold my vehicle to We buy cars on 21 Jun.2018. We bought 2 vehicles from we buy cars without receiving any discount, but that is not my problem. In the week I received account bills from EToll - with fees from 22 Jun.18. The old vehicle was never taken off from my name since 21 Jun.18. Driving around for past 4 months with a vehicle We buy cars informed me will be taken off from my name on the same day it was sold to them. Now I must make plan to get these EToll fees paid, which I was not responsible for. I have forwarded email and corresponded with people at We buy cars. Ask them numerous times for feedback on mail and confirmation that old vehicle was taken off from my name. I am still waiting for any kind of confirmation from them. My fiance had to phone them again this morning to inform them if they don't do the necessary, we will take further actions. So today is 17 Oct.18. I assume I will still get fines or other EToll bills for Jul, Aug, Sep and Oct.18. What great service ---NOT!!! They advertise on radio's. Huge car dealers. But with this kind of service. I will not buy from them in future and will tell everyone about this, for them not to have the same problem we are sitting now with. I assume this is the service we have to get use to in South Africa!!
