We buy cars unreliable un trustworthy

Unprofessional and not willing to go the extra mile to accommodate clients , I purchased a bike from them , and was promised,the bike will be delivered from their Dome (jhb) branch to my local Kwazulu natal branch, I have to keep phoning them to hear the progress , and then on a Thursday 3pm I get a call. That the bike will not be there on the agreed date and time as the truck broke down, the company witch i think is an inhouse devotion ( we move bikes ) , my question is a company that delivers bikes only have 1 truck , no bakkies no trailers , it's absolutely pethetic to phone me as a paying client ( R3300 delivery charge ) to be told the bike will be there the following week and indirectly being told just be happy with it it is what it is ,.. I wil never revert this place to anyone unfortunately, I have singed docs , stay clear of ANY of we buy cars they have no client consideration what so ever , all they do is push out volumes with no quality to the client DO NOT SUPPORT THE FRANCHISE!!
