We buy cars unreliable and unsafe cars!!!

PLEASE NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THESE PEOPLE! They are ************* and only care for the customer when you want to buy a vehicle from them. Their second hand vehicles are unreliable, I bought a car from them and all seemed fine, few days in, the car would lose power while I was driving. I have tried making contact with them and their customer care agent called Charleston in the PE branch promised to assist me with arranging that WE BUY CARS will cover the costs I have encountered trying to fix this car, he has NEVER got back to me with any type of solution let alone a response after lying on the phone.

I lost so much money with a car that is barely 4 months in my possession. You sell unsafe and unreliable cars to your customers and put them at risk of having and causing accidents on the road! I was driving with my whole family to grahamstown and the car kept losing power that I had to stop on the side of the road.

I went to them to try and sell the car to them and they have the audacity to offer me R45 000, when they sold it for R62900 and I’ve spent R20000 and more on it now.

I’m writing this because I don’t want anyone to go through what I am currently going through. Do not trust them, I am not the only one complaining about their vehicles. They have a long list of refunds they have to do, hence it takes really long getting your money back from them!!!!
